Yanaihara Women's Clinic is a private obstetrics and gynaecology clinic. We focus on infertility treatment within the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. We deal with treatment ranging from artificial insemination to in-vitro fertilization and microfertilization. We do not handle general gynaecological cases or cases of childbirth, but we accept obstetrics patients. With a male infertility outpatient clinic and an exercise outpatient clinic, we answer to the needs of patients suffering from various types of infertility. We also perform endoscopic fallopian tube surgery that does not require a hospital stay. Furthermore, if it is determined that a patient requires surgery, we cooperate with the hospital at which this surgery can be performed and a doctor from our clinic is present during the surgery. 3. You will receive the consent form within 3 working days.
4. Please print and fill out the consent form.
5. We would be grateful if you could send the consent form to our clinic by post.
6. After confirming the consent form, we will let you know how to pay the cost of extension of embryos or sperm storage by mail.
